Why We Have Abortion

Women have become a potent political force in the last 75 years. In that same period crime, male unemployment, divorce, sexual promiscuity, government assistance programs and abortion have risen in direct proportion to the political gains of women. These social changes testify that women have accumulated economic and political authority.

Scripture shows women gravitate to rule ONLY when God is displeased with a nation. When angered and irritated with the leadership of disobedient men, God purposely removes men from dominion by withdrawing His strength, wisdom and understanding from them. In Scripture, the vacuum remaining from a lack of male leadership inclined women to lead, but they steered the people astray, because God withheld from them, the strength, wisdom and understanding required to lead and manage (Is 3:1-12).

God has not changed (Mal 3:6). He will react no differently to our nation. The general advancement of women in various roles of authority attests to God's displeasure with our nation.

There are many adverse results of female leadership in homes, business and government; the greatest being a society operating outside God's prescription. God designed women to be "supporting cast" members of His society, not leaders of society. When women take positions of leadership that are contrary to those prescribed by God, mankind's evils against God will be compounded. Abortion is one example of this.

God warns men, "If you forget (abandon) my law, I will forget (abandon) your children" (Hos 4:6). His abandonment of our children is strikingly evident.

Not only do parents murder their own children by abortion and abuse, but children murder themselves and other children. Teens murder themselves by drugs, sexual disease and suicide. Teens murder other teens in gang violence, school attacks, date murders and girlfriend murders.

Since birthing children does not modify a man's life in the way a woman's life is modified, the ability to get an abortion is not a profound issue for most men. Thus, abortion has been promoted more so by women as they have gained influence and power. Yet, abortion is nothing less than mankind "legalizing" what God has never permitted. In other words, though mankind is God's servant, we make "laws" that defy the Sovereign Will of our Almighty King.

First, only the King makes laws. The laws of a "Christian" society have always come from God's Law, until recently. Secondly, THE TAKING OF LIFE MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE OWNER OF THAT LIFE! GOD HAS NOT, AND WILL NOT GRANT GENERAL PERMISSION TO KILL HIS BABIES, (whether those babies are born or unborn)!

Ex 21:22 If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows.

Ex 21:23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life,

Here, God's Law says that a man who accidentally caused an abortion MUST BE EXECUTED! By this example, would God permit deliberate abortions? NO! What then, is God's attitude TODAY, toward those who PURPOSELY KILL HIS children?

This is why abortion is a benchmark which proves our nation's ungodliness. We are VERY FAR AWAY from God's heart on many matters. Clearly, abortion verifies that God's wisdom has been removed from our nation!

Dt 18:10 There shall not be . . . one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,

The idiom, "pass through the fire," used in the King James and American Standard versions of the Bible is restated in other versions:

Revised Standard - "burns his son or daughter as an offering."
New International - "sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire."
Good News - "sacrifice your children in the fires."
Living - "presents his child to be burned to death as a sacrifice."
New Living - "sacrifice your son or daughter as a burnt offering."⁽¹⁾

In each of these versions of the Bible, it is evident that God did not want His babies sacrificed period, not by cutting, not by burning.

Dt 18:11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

Dt 18:12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and BECAUSE OF THESE ABOMINATIONS the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

2 Kgs 17:17 And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

2 Kgs 21:6 And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

In Biblical times, parents literally murdered their babies and children by sacrificing them in fire, as offerings to strange gods. "Pass through the fire" can be used today as a figurative expression for human sacrifice. Almighty God is saying that He does not permit men to randomly sacrifice humans. Should human sacrifice occur, it must occur only when it is so authorized by the Owner of the offering (Lev 27:28-29).

People who sacrifice humans in disobedience to the Lord ARE SO DETESTABLE to Him, that He removed several nations from their land for practicing this evil; He gave that same land to His people (Dt 18:9-12).

Warning!

I have heard many arguments supporting abortion. I have read the writings of pastors who support abortion in certain instances. The problem is this: their position is contrary to God's position -- a strange place for pastors to be since they ostensibly serve God. Nothing in God's Word supports their position.

There are no words in the Bible that can be interpreted to mean, "In this instance, under these circumstances you may use your judgment to kill your baby." There were only certain times God was not angered by the slaughter of babies, i.e., when He ordered specific babies to be killed as punishment.

It may be difficult for mere men to comprehend that God WANTS babies in wombs to have life -- those babies could not have been formed, but by God's Will. Women are arrogant to think they can act contrary to Will of God without reaping severe punishment. If you MURDER God's baby, you will be grievously punished. If you don't want the baby in your womb, give it away - someone WANTS your baby.

Here are sample justifications and real solutions for abortion:

It does not yet have life.	Wisdom - Something is either alive or dead. Do dead seeds reproduce into flowers or plants? If the fertilized egg is dead, how does it continue to divide its cells or produce life? If it has no life, why do we need to kill it? If you don't want your baby: adoption.
It is not yet human.	Wisdom - Do mice have human or mice DNA? Do roses have human DNA? If the fertilized egg is not yet human, how can it have human DNA? If you don't want your baby: adoption.
It is not yet fully formed.	Wisdom - Is it then ok to destroy newborns who have no hands, no feet, no legs, or who have cleft palates? If you don't want your baby: adoption.

If you have sinned and murdered an unborn child of God's, REPENT! Seek the Lord's mercy!

Women give all kinds of reasons to justify murdering their babies:

1.) "I can't afford a (another) baby."

Translation: "It's OK to murder God's baby for financial reasons."

2.) "I am not ready to raise a child. It will interfere with my life."

Translation: "It's OK to murder God's baby for my personal convenience."

3.) "My pregnancy was an accident. I don't want to be a single parent."

Translation: "It's OK to murder God's baby to relieve myself of taking responsibility for my actions, especially if I must deal with other negatives that result from my fornication or adultery."

4.) "I am having problems with my husband or partner."

Translation: "It's OK to murder God's baby to limit my ties to a man with whom, I have limited or no commitment. I only used that man for momentary sexual, emotional or financial needs. His seed inside me means nothing to me, so murdering a part of him is also OK.

5.) "I would always worry about my baby if I let it be adopted."

Translation: "My conscience will be better soothed if I give God's baby sure death, rather than give it sure life with other parents. So it is OK to murder this innocent baby."

6.) "It's just tissue; it isn't a real baby yet."

Translation: "If I let myself be deceived, then I won't feel guilty about murdering God's baby."

7.) "It's legal."

Translation: "I am not guilty of murdering God's baby, because the lawmakers of the land said that abortion is not murder."

Let's see what God says:

Eze 16:20 Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a small matter,

Eze 23:37 That they . . . also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

The Master clarifies who really owns ALL children. God is calling the sacrifice of His children "whoredom," v. 20, and why not? Parents who murder their children instead of nurturing them, are spitting at the very reason God gave them life! Scripture shows that in the last days, even people in the church will stop having natural affection for others (2 Tim 3:3).

Ps 24:1 The earth is the LORD's . . . and they that dwell therein.

Pr 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked . . .

Is 43:21 This people have I formed for myself . . .

Eze 18:4 . . . all souls are mine;

1Cor 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore . . . your body . . . your spirit . . . are God's.

Col 1:16 . . . all things were created by him, and for him:

Women today, claim they "have a right" to choose what they do with "their own" bodies. Here, God says that no man or woman owns their body, their soul or their spirit. GOD OWNS ALL MEN, ALL WOMEN, AND ALL CHILDREN! So, the women who make these claims ARE LYING! They are deceived!

If men or women do not own themselves, how can they own the children they conceive? Does the cow or the farmer own the calf that is born of the farmer's cow? Does the cow or the farmer determine the fate of the calf? Should not God determine the fate of His own baby?

These Scriptures warrant repeating. It must be clearly understood how God views abortion.

Ex 21:22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her [premature birth], and yet no mischief follow [the premature baby is uninjured]: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

Ex 21:23 And if any mischief follow [if the premature baby dies], then thou shalt give life for life,

Consistent with God's Law that commands him to exercise rule over his wife and his child, this Scripture shows that THE HUSBAND as the ruling authority, determines the punishment of the guilty man who caused the miscarriage. Judges stipulated the amount of financial restitution, THOUGH THE BABY WAS NOT INJURED.

Notice, God required punishment for ACCIDENTAL, premature birth caused by a man. How much more grave will be the punishment He requires for INTENTIONAL, premature death?

This is more proof that God has not given women authority to control the fate of the babies in their bodies. If a woman had jurisdiction over the baby, or over her own body, God would have let the wife determine the punishment and the restitution for God's miscarried baby.

The guilty man who caused the baby to die (i.e., an abortion) must be executed! God commanded judges to execute those who cause abortions, and to fine those who cause miscarriages. HOW CAN THE U. S. AND STATE LEGISLATURES MAKE LAWS THAT PERMIT DELIBERATE ABORTIONS? Notice how God devises His Law to PROTECT THE UNBORN, not kill them.
