How Does One Become The Boss?
Normally, one is the owner of what he creates. The creator of something has
an unrestricted, inclusive right to possess, use, enjoy, profit from or destroy
what he creates, because he owns what he has made.
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God
created he him; male and female created he them.
Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and
breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he
slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made
he a woman, and brought her to the man.
Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh:
she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Gen 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God
created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
Gen 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called
their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
Is 43:7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created
him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
Jn 1:3 ALL THINGS were made by him; and without him was not any thing
made that was made.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good
works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in
heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or
dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created BY him, and FOR him:
Since Scripture was written by the Holy Spirit, who is God (2Tim 3:16; 2Pet
1:21), and since God cannot lie (Num 23:19; Tit 1:2; Heb 6:18), we know that
all men are created by the Living God. Thus, all men are owned by the
Living God. Besides, there is no point in God lying to men. If He were going to do
something that we didn't like, or if He could lie, what can you or I do to
Him? How can we punish Him?
Normally, one is the owner of what he has purchased. The buyer becomes an
owner after he spends something of value to purchase what he desires. The
buyer can even buy things that have life (e.g., pets or livestock). Like the
creator who has a comprehensive right to exercise his ownership of what he
created, the buyer also has an inclusive, unrestricted right to possess, use,
enjoy, profit from or destroy what he has bought, because he becomes the
owner of what he has bought.
Act 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over
the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
1Cor 6:20 For YE are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in
YOUR BODY, and in YOUR SPIRIT, which ARE GOD'S.
1Cor 7:23 YE are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of
men.
Eph 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of
the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
- to redeem:
- to recover ownership of by paying
- to pay off
- to exchange
- to fulfill
- to convert
- to rescue or ransom
- to save
- to make up for
- to restore honor, worth, reputation
- Note that Jesus fulfilled every one of these definitions, so there can never be a claim of spiritual debt levied against us.

Heb 9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood
he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
1Pet 1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with
corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your
fathers;
1Pet 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without
blemish and without spot:
2Pet 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there
shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord
that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
If a man can buy the life of an animal for money, how
much more can Jesus
(God - the Son) buy the life of men WITH HIS BLOOD (Acts 20:28)? Like
any other buyer, Jesus also has an inclusive, unrestricted right to possess,
use, enjoy, profit from OR DESTROY the men He has bought, because HE
IS THE OWNER OF MEN!
Men zealously guard the ownership rights to their real or personal property.
They will use the police, the courts and weapons to protect their rights. Why
do men think that the Living God will not use angels, spiritual power or
spiritual weapons to protect His rights?
Does man have a greater ethical prerogative to protect his ownership rights,
though man did not create anything that he "owns," i.e., the earth, the cattle,
the trees, the grass, the water, the fish or the minerals that he may control?
Or does God, who created the man, created his wife, created his children and
created all property that the man "owns," have a greater ethical prerogative to
protect His Ownership rights?
It seems that God thinks He is the Owner of all things:
